Spiders Solutions is a small software studio in Poland. The work behind it is eight years of senior .NET engineering on telecom platforms, cybersecurity systems and industrial supply software — API and SDK work for app-to-app voice and video at millions of calls a day, custom ORMs and CQRS frameworks, Kubernetes platforms held together by Flux.
We take client work where that experience is the point: a system that has to stay up, a codebase that has to be handed over, an architecture that has to hold for years. The rest of the time goes into our own products.

This website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to answer it.
Hirdfit. Account data (email, sign-in identifier); workout and health data you choose to import from connected services such as Garmin, Strava and Hevy (activities, routes, heart rate, body metrics, training history); routes and plans you create; and technical logs needed to run the service.
Games. Elarion and Oceaner collect account and gameplay progress data, plus crash and diagnostic reports. They do not collect health data.
Connections to Garmin, Strava and Hevy are made only after you authorise them, using each provider's official authorisation flow. We request the narrowest scopes the feature needs, and you can disconnect a provider at any time from inside the app; disconnecting stops further imports.
Hirdfit's training assistant sends the training data relevant to your request to a third-party large-language-model provider in order to generate advice. Data is sent for the purpose of answering your request, is not used by us to train models, and identifying details are minimised where the feature allows it. If you do not want this, the assistant can be left unused; the rest of the app works without it.
To provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), to keep it secure and working (legitimate interest), and — for health and fitness data, which is a special category under the GDPR — on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you connect a provider. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by service providers acting on our instructions: cloud hosting and storage, crash and analytics reporting, and the LLM provider described above. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Account and training data are kept while your account is active. Delete your account and the data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90. Logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to contact@spiderssolutions.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for account holders, notify you in-app or by email.

These terms govern your use of spiderssolutions.com and of the applications published by Gabriel Pająk „Rozwiązania Informatyczne” (Spiders Solutions), NIP 8191670878, Poland. Using the site or an app means you accept them.
Some features need an account. Keep your credentials to yourself, give accurate information, and tell us if an account is compromised. You must be 16 or older.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the services; do not upload unlawful content; do not use automated means to scrape or resell the services. We may suspend accounts that do.
Hirdfit, including its AI training assistant, is a fitness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and its suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.
Connecting Garmin, Strava, Hevy or similar services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their APIs, which may interrupt a feature.
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the services. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
The services, their code, artwork and trade marks — including Spiders Solutions, Hirdfit, Elarion and Oceaner — remain ours. Nothing here transfers them to you.
Alpha and beta versions are provided as-is and may change, break or lose data. Do not rely on them as your only record of anything.
We aim to keep the services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Polish or EU law.
You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
